Quota 100 is reserved to employees who combine at least 62 years of age and 38 years’ social security contributions. The measure will be effective, on an experimental basis, as from April 2019 up to the end of 2021. Employers can benefit from some public benefits for anticipating separation processes in respect of employees who are going to reach the new requisites of Quota 100. Employees, who have met the age and social security requisites by December 31, 2021, will be paid with an extraordinary allowance for integrating their income thanks to the public funds called “Fondi di solidarietà bilaterali”.
